Founders

dr. Kaiser Kristóf
Partner

Kristóf graduated summa cum laude (GPA: 5.00) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs. During his university years, he led a specialized academic college section and achieved top placements in national academic competitions. As a trainee lawyer, he gained experience at a law firm serving an international client base.

Kristóf is known for a maximalist mindset, proactive problem-solving approach, strategic thinking, and strong coordination skills, combined with a high level of sensitivity to understanding and structuring client needs.

Despite his relatively young age, he has developed advanced expertise in contract law, transactional matters, corporate law, financial sector regulation, and securities law.

Since 2020, Kristóf has operated his own law firm under the name Kristóf Kaiser Law Firm. In the same year, Kaiser & Pilisi Attorneys-at-Law was established by Dr. Kristóf Kaiser and Dr. Fanni Kaiser-Pilisi to provide premium-quality legal services through a modern, dynamic, and integrated approach tailored to the challenges faced by twenty-first-century legal practice.

The Kaiser & Pilisi team has extensive experience in tax law, criminal law, trusts, private equity funds, real estate and construction law, company law, and acquisitions, including numerous M&A and direct investment transactions. The firm provides a full range of bespoke corporate legal services, including company formation, acquisition of equity stakes, management of M&A transactions, and comprehensive legal due diligence.

Kaiser & Pilisi also advises clients on complex corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, as well as on syndicate and joint-venture agreements and sophisticated restructuring transactions.

Sailing Career:

Kristóf has competed in sailing at an elite level since childhood. He is a European Championship bronze medalist in the Finn Dinghy class and is currently ranked 8th in the World Ranking. Since 2025, he has been actively competing in the Finn Dinghy class, focusing on high-performance single-handed racing at international level.

Prior to this, Kristóf spent eight years competing in high-performance multi-crew catamaran racing as helm and team leader of the Prospex Team. During this period, the team achieved exceptional results at Hungary’s most prestigious regattas:

  • Kékszalag: 2× Silver Medal and 4× Bronze Medal overall finishes
  • Fehérszalag: Overall Winner
  • Ezüst Szalag: Overall Winner

Under Kristóf’s leadership, the Prospex Team became one of the most successful and consistently performing catamaran racing teams in Hungary.

dr. Pilisi Fanni LLM
Partner

Fanni graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs in 2012. Following her graduation, she was admitted to the University’s doctoral programme, where she continued her studies as a PhD student at the Department of Criminal Law. As a member of the Department, she was actively involved both in academic research and in teaching.

To date in her career, she has gained significant experience in criminal law, representing both defendants and victims. Her research focuses on the theoretical and the practical aspects of official and corruption-related offences, on which she has published numerous articles and studies in leading professional journals. She fulfilled the PhD requirements and successfully passed her doctoral comprehensive examination in 2016.

She has always considered her professional development to be of great importance: in 2015, she obtained an LL.M. in Economic Criminal Law from the University of Pécs, and in her practice, she attaches particular importance to keeping her knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment up to date while continuously expanding her expertise.

During her university years, she gained practical experience both from the perspective of the prosecution and of the defence. She began her traineeship in Pécs and continued it in Budapest from 2015. Even as a trainee, she was involved in several high-profile criminal proceedings related to economic offences, which allowed her to gain significant practical experience. She passed the bar exam in 2017.

In recent years, her professional focus has  started to encompass corporate law, transactions, and contracts as well. She regularly participates in M&A transactions and in other complex projects, contributing not only to developing their structure, but also to negotiating, drafting, and commenting on contracts. Her work is defined by strong commercial awareness, a thorough and solution-oriented mindset, and the trust she builds with clients, which is further reinforced by her simultaneously direct and professional approach.

dr. F. Fekete Zoltán

Attorney

Zoltán earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Szeged in 2006, and in 2008, he obtained a specialized degree in Law and Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the same university. After completing the required legal traineeship, he passed the Hungarian bar exam with distinction in 2010. Since then, he has been practicing as an attorney-at-law, and since 2015, he has also been working as an insolvency administrator alongside his legal practice.

In 2013, he obtained a specialized postgraduate degree in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law with excellent distinction from the University of Pécs.

Zoltán’s main areas of expertise include civil law, corporate law, commercial law, and insolvency law.

dr. Rinfel Márton

Attorney

Márton graduated with summa cum laude honours from the Faculty of Law at University of Pécs. During his university years, he was a member of a college for advanced studies and was awarded several academic scholarships.

Following his graduation, he gained international professional experience in Vienna through the Erasmus+ Programme, thereby developing his legal mindset and language skills even further.

In 2022, Márton joined our team as a trainee lawyer. During his traineeship, he was involved in numerous complex criminal cases and also gained substantial and diverse experience in the field of civil law.

In 2024, he passed the Hungarian bar exam with distinction. He primarily practises in the field of civil law, with a particular focus on corporate law, where he provides comprehensive and up-to-date legal services for our clients. He speaks Hungarian and German.

dr. Lokodi Annamária

Attorney

Annamária graduated with cum laude honours from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2006. During her university years, she was awarded a state scholarship from the Hungarian State for her outstanding academic achievement, which indicated her strong professional dedication even at this early stage of her career.

She began her career at a Budapest-based law firm, where she gained substantial experience in corporate, real estate, and project financing cases. From 2011, she worked for the Hungarian Development Bank (MFB Zrt.) as a trainee lawyer, and from 2013 – following her admission to the bar – as in-house counsel, further developing her expertise in banking and finance law.

Since 2019, she has been practising as an attorney-at-law. She primarily practises in the field of civil law and has significant expertise in construction law (including design and construction agreements) and real estate law (including sale and purchase agreements and lease agreements).

She is committed to continuous professional development: she obtained an LL.M. in Banking Law in 2009 and an LL.M. as a legal translator in English in 2018. She speaks Hungarian and English fluently and continuously develops her German and Danish, with the aim of providing full-scale legal services in these languages as well in the future.

She joined our team in the autumn of 2024, where her practical experience and her thorough, client-focused approach have proved to be invaluable.

dr. Bartha Martin

Attorney

Martin graduated with cum laude honours from the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2020. During his university years, he participated in the internship programme of the Office of the Hungarian Parliament and was awarded several scholarships for his academic excellence.

He worked as a trainee for a Budapest-based law firm, where he gained significant experience in civil law (with a particular focus on corporate law), in real estate law, and in civil proceedings. During this period, he was already involved in preparing and carrying out M&A transactions as well as the related due diligence processes.

He passed the bar exam with distinction at the end of 2024 and joined our team in 2025.

He currently focuses primarily on corporate cases and on transactions. He regularly advises our clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructurings, as well as on corporate governance and decision-making. In addition, he provides comprehensive legal assistance in real estate transactions and represents clients in civil litigation, particularly in disputes involving business organisations.

His work is characterised by a commercial mindset, structured thinking, and a risk-based approach. His aim is to provide clients with legally sound, strategically considered, and practically implementable solutions.

He provides legal services in Hungarian and in English.

dr. Auer Gréta

Trainee Lawyer

Gréta graduated with summa cum laude honours from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs in 2022. During her studies, she was an active member of the Criminal Law Section of the Nándor Óriás College for Advanced Studies, published an academic paper, and received the National Excellence Scholarship of the Ministry of Justice for nine semesters.

She began her professional career in our team and has now been working as a trainee lawyer for four years. Over this period, she has gained extensive practical experience primarily in civil law and corporate law. Her work includes participation in legal due diligence processes, the preparation and drafting of corporate and contractual documentation, as well as handling various company law procedures.

In addition, she is regularly involved in the preparation of litigation documents and participates in trademark registration procedures, where she has also developed significant professional expertise.

dr. Pilisi Gitta

Trainee Lawyer

Gitta graduated with cum laude honours (with a grade point average of 4.5) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs in 2022. During her university years, she served as a teaching assistant at the Department of Criminal Law and was awarded the National Excellence Scholarship for Law Students by the Ministry of Justice on numerous occasions.

She began her professional career in our team, where she has now been working as a trainee lawyer for four years. Her work primarily focuses on civil and corporate law: she is regularly involved in corporate due diligence processes, in preparing and carrying out complex corporate transactions, and in managing company law procedures.

Gitta has gained extensive experience in designing trust asset management solutions, in drafting the related contractual documents, and in assisting with the preparation of the registration documentation to be filed with the Hungarian National Bank (MNB). She continuously improves her knowledge of trust asset management through ongoing professional training and regular participation in specialized conferences and lectures.

dr. Poczkodi Balázs

Attorney

Balázs is a distinguished expert in construction and IT investment law, with 26 years of professional experience. In addition to his deep expertise in investment and project law, he has extensive knowledge in procurement and public procurement law, data protection and GDPR, as well as in representing business entities. His legal services often resemble those of an in-house counsel, including support for international corporate structures.

He also has a strong background in energy law. In 2013, he completed his Ph.D. coursework (absolutorium) in this field at the Faculty of Law, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). He has taught energy law at the Department of Public Administration at ELTE and is the author of Chapter VII (Energy Law) in the 2011 textbook on special administrative law. Balázs is fluent in professional legal English and is able to conduct negotiations in English.

Makranczi Ádám

Accredited Responsible Public Procurement Consultant

Ádám graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 2009 with a degree in Political Science. He subsequently earned a degree in Administration Organization in 2012 and became a certified Public Administration Manager in 2013.

Following his academic achievements, Ádám worked as a public procurement specialist at a Hungarian SME, successfully managing procurement procedures for multiple hospitals, municipalities, and other contracting authorities.

In 2015 and 2016, Ádám participated in the implementation of Hungary’s district IT system under the EKOP 1.2.26-2013 and EKOP-2.1.23 flagship projects. After the physical closure of these projects, he joined one of the largest public procurement advisory firms in the country as a senior public procurement consultant, later advancing to lead a team of procurement consultants.

Throughout his professional career, Ádám has overseen approximately 120 advertised and at least 400 non-advertised public procurement procedures (KEF, DKÜ) from the contracting authority’s perspective, ensuring quality assurance.

Ádám also provides comprehensive representation for bidders, assisting with Electronic Public Procurement System registration and authorization management, compiling and quality-assuring bids and participation applications, and preparing supplementary information requests, pre-litigation settlement attempts, and appeals.

Mester Ágnes

Office Manager

Ágnes completed her legal assistant vocational training at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs in 2013 and joined the team of Kaiser & Pilisi in January 2021. Her role is diverse and covers our team’s full range of administrative operation.

Her fast and efficient problem-solving skills are essential in a dynamic working environment such as ours, and her reliability is a cornerstone of the team’s smooth day-to-day operation.
