Since 2020, Kristóf has operated his own law firm under the name Kristóf Kaiser Law Firm. In the same year, Kaiser & Pilisi Attorneys-at-Law was established by Dr. Kristóf Kaiser and Dr. Fanni Kaiser-Pilisi to provide premium-quality legal services through a modern, dynamic, and integrated approach tailored to the challenges faced by twenty-first-century legal practice.

dr. Pilisi Fanni LLM
Partner
Fanni graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs in 2012. Following her graduation, she was admitted to the University’s doctoral programme, where she continued her studies as a PhD student at the Department of Criminal Law. As a member of the Department, she was actively involved both in academic research and in teaching.
To date in her career, she has gained significant experience in criminal law, representing both defendants and victims. Her research focuses on the theoretical and the practical aspects of official and corruption-related offences, on which she has published numerous articles and studies in leading professional journals. She fulfilled the PhD requirements and successfully passed her doctoral comprehensive examination in 2016.
She has always considered her professional development to be of great importance: in 2015, she obtained an LL.M. in Economic Criminal Law from the University of Pécs, and in her practice, she attaches particular importance to keeping her knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment up to date while continuously expanding her expertise.
During her university years, she gained practical experience both from the perspective of the prosecution and of the defence. She began her traineeship in Pécs and continued it in Budapest from 2015. Even as a trainee, she was involved in several high-profile criminal proceedings related to economic offences, which allowed her to gain significant practical experience. She passed the bar exam in 2017.
In recent years, her professional focus has started to encompass corporate law, transactions, and contracts as well. She regularly participates in M&A transactions and in other complex projects, contributing not only to developing their structure, but also to negotiating, drafting, and commenting on contracts. Her work is defined by strong commercial awareness, a thorough and solution-oriented mindset, and the trust she builds with clients, which is further reinforced by her simultaneously direct and professional approach.
