Dr. Kristóf Kaiser – Master of Strategic Thinking

Dr. Kristóf Kaiser graduated first in his class with a “Summa Cum Laude” distinction and a perfect 5.00 GPA from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs. During his university years, he served as a section leader of the Law Society and won several national academic competitions. As a trainee lawyer, he worked at a law firm with an international client base.

Despite his young age, Kristóf possesses high-level expertise in contract law, transactions, corporate law, financial sector regulations, and securities law. He was involved in establishing Hungary’s first new-type Employee Stock Ownership Program and has helped numerous financial institutions and business entities optimize their operations.

Since childhood, Kristóf has been a competitive sailor and was a member of the Hungarian Olympic sailing team from 2008 to 2010. He paused his Olympic preparation and international competitions to focus on his legal studies and now competes in multihull classes. He is currently the helmsman and team leader of one of Hungary’s fastest racing catamarans. The skills and professionalism gained in sports are reflected in his legal practice.

Dr. Fanni Pilisi, LL.M. – Legal Precision with Academic Depth

Dr. Fanni Pilisi graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs in 2012. Following her graduation, she was admitted to the university’s doctoral program, where she pursued her Ph.D. studies as a candidate at the Department of Criminal Law. Throughout her academic career, she was actively involved in both teaching and research.

Her scholarly work has focused on various legal aspects of official misconduct and corruption-related offences, resulting in several articles published in well-respected legal journals. In 2016, she obtained her pre-degree certificate (absolutorium) and successfully passed her doctoral comprehensive examination.

Fanni places great importance on maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and continuously broadening her expertise. In 2015, she earned a specialized postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in Economic Criminal Law at the University of Pécs.

Today, her professional interests extend beyond criminal law, reflecting a shift toward broader legal challenges and comprehensive legal solutions in her practice.
