dr. Kaiser Kristóf
Partner
Kristóf graduated Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 5.00 from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs. Throughout his university years, he was the leader of the specialized college section and achieved victories in national academic competitions. As a trainee lawyer, he worked at a law firm with an international client base.

Despite his young age, Kristóf possesses advanced legal knowledge in contract law, transactions, corporate law, financial sector issues, and securities law.
Kristóf played a key role in establishing Hungary’s first innovative Employee Ownership Program, and with his forward-thinking approach, he has assisted numerous financial institutions and economic entities in optimizing their operations. His creative and structured mindset has proven beneficial in corporate law and tax law, and he is adept in navigating the realm of numbers.
SAILING COMPETITION
Since childhood, Kristóf has been competitively sailing. From 2008 to 2010, he was a member of the Olympic selection team. In 2008, he received the special award for “Best Athlete of Veszprém County.” Due to his university studies, he paused his Olympic training and international competitions, focusing instead on racing in multi-person boat classes. Currently, he helms and leads a team racing one of Hungary’s fastest competition catamarans. He leverages his skills and professionalism from sports in his legal career.
Achievements: Six-time Hungarian Champion and multiple-time runner-up, winner of the European Cup, overall winner of the Fehérszalag, three-time winner in class at the Kékszalag, and placed 2nd and 3rd overall in combined standings.
dr. Pilisi Fanni LLM

Fanni obtained her degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs in 2012. Following graduation, she was admitted to the university’s doctoral program, where she continued her studies as a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Criminal Law. Fanni has actively contributed to both the academic and teaching aspects of the Department of Criminal Law as a staff member.
FANNI HAS ACQUIRED EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN THE FIELD OF CRIMINAL LAW, BOTH IN DEFENSE AND REPRESENTING VICTIMS.
Fanni’s research focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of official and corruption-related crimes. She has published numerous articles and studies on this topic in reputable and academically recognized journals. In 2016, she completed her Master’s degree and successfully defended her doctoral dissertation in the same year.
Fanni places great importance on continuously updating her professional knowledge and staying current with legal regulations. To expand her specialized expertise, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Economic Criminal Law from the University of Pécs in 2015.
During her university years, Fanni gained practical experience on both the prosecution and defense sides. As a trainee lawyer, she initially practiced in Pécs and later moved to Budapest in 2015. There, she actively participated in significant economic crime-related criminal proceedings, gaining valuable professional experience. Fanni passed the bar exam in 2017.
